Impact

The tremendous increase in population that Amman has encountered in the past few years demanded a set of solutions in terms of real estate and construction development to fill the need of shelter in addition to create a high quality architectural design that will meet the taste of the inhabitant.

Abdoun Suite Hotel is one of these highly respected solutions. The project lies in Abdoun, one of Amman most prestigious Districts with total built up area of 3,500m².

 

Function

The project consists of two main zones:

     - Residential zone:

           - Apartments at second basement, first basement, ground, first and roof floors.

           -  Prestigious entrance lobby with a water feature

           - Tenants can select between three, two and one bedrooms Apartments.

     - Parking zone:

           - Occupies the underground level which also includes building services/mechanical & electrical installations. The parking space is capable of holding cars sufficient for the residential needs with separate entrance and exit to the parking from the street.

 

Durability  

The design and orientation of the building achieved a high quality adaptive design with minimized needs for maintenance by using suitable finishes materials and systems.
