Impact

The location of Khatib Office Building on two streets in Um Uthaina- Zahran District (a main street leading to Fifth Circle Area and a rear street with Residential Surroundings) forced Archisys to create a prestigious and inviting main entrance, that has a direct access to the street, along with access to the fire and emergency exists for the users and visitors. The main goal has been to maximize the overall development potential of the site Through Efficient and effective usage of all areas, yet create a unique special and aesthetic composition.

Function

The building accommodates the following:

     - Ground Floor- Prestigious Entrance Lobby that accommodates the Architectural Image of the building and offices area

     - Four floors of quality office spaces that creates a pleasant and enhances the creativity of the users.

     - Basement of offices space with access to the street at the rear side. 

     - Two cellars that accommodates Parking spaces and building services.

Durability  

The Project considers the economic, maintenance and running cost by using suitable finishes materials, constructional and electro-mechanical systems. And it also meets the requirements of local codes, regulations and standards.
