Nesnas Office Building lies in Amman- Jordan within Al Shmeisani Area with a total built up area of 

3,500m² having easy access to Shmeisani commercial District as well as Dakhiliya Circle- one of Amman Vital Districts. The design of the project has evolved from the client desire for a simple but exclusive office building, therefore the main goal has been to maximize the overall development potential of the site Through Efficient and effective usage of all areas, yet create a unique special and aesthetic composition.

The building accommodates the following:

     - Four floors of offices spaces each with total area of 340m²

     - Basement of offices space with total area of 340m²

     - Two cellars that accommodates Parking spaces and building services.

     - Prestigious Entrance Lobby that accommodates the Architectural Image of the building.
