Impact

Shams Arriyadh is a well-planned, distinctive, and environmentally friendly gated residential compound containing a variety of residential buildings (Apartment and Villas). The compound consists of 1,762 units situated over an area of around 450,000 m² and is supported by a full range of community facilities and commercial services. 

 

Function

Gated Residential Compound” - Shams Arriyadh Project, have road networks and associated infrastructure services with underground utilities & mixed use buildings (superstructure) in the Al Ammariya District, Riyadh, consisting residential and commercial plots of various sizes and designs supported by a full range of community facilities and commercial services.

The project creates an attractive residential destination based on novel forms of residential layouts that exploit tactfully the potentialities offered by the site. The quality of the project is perceived as a key issue and attraction and shall be enhanced through skillful planning and urban design and the creation of coherent and pleasant architectural and landscaping themes throughout the development.

Suitable durability and protection measures were applied using sustainable systems and materials on the building elements.
