Design Approach & Considerations

Impact

Khatib Office Building is proposed in Amman Jordan on a prime location in Shmeisani area with a total area of 4,000m².

The dynamic form and character of the building were generated from the existing- two streets and integrated well with the place urban and planning features and the flow of circulation.

The project idea emerged from the need for a strong, beautiful and iconic character & image where the visual impact of forms, spaces, facades, shop fronts entrances and signage reflect the rhythm of the era and expressing Archisys aesthetic values.

Function

The design achieves appropriate space standards, workable dimensions clearance and appropriate social distance.

The building design was based on the client functional baselines and as follows

            - Five Floors- six offices per floor- total of 30offices- facing the street.

            - One cellar floor that accommodates 30 parking lots and building services.

 

Durability  

The choice of materials used in this project aims to have a functional, durable & efficient, cost efficient and easy to maintain Building.
