Impact

A Mixed use project that consists of 1000 residential units, commercial and services centre, with total area of 200.000 m². The project site has special characters, features and is located in a residential area.

It’s considered attractive since it has both an access to transit major roads and an opportunity to urban design.The project contributes an attractive environment and moves emotions of the low to medium income users with a sense of beauty to stimulate creativity in a relaxing and delightful atmosphere.

Function

The project consists of : Main function (90%): 4 floor apartments residential day-care centers for preschool-Supporting functions (10%): - Social services: Day-care centers for preschool children - Recreational: Parks Sport centers -Health care: Local Health clinics

 

Durability

The design achieved to create a medium density residential community for people of low to medium income, in a high quality of architectural design.
