Consists of 5 stories for retail & offices, 3 cellars for services and parking lots. Total area of 4,350m².

Function

Samour Commercial Building has evolved from the client’s desire for a simple but exclusive commercial building that accommodates a restaurant & coffee shops at ground floor. Upper levels are utilized as offices. While the third floor due to its location and the privilege of view will be utilized as a high end restaurant.

The main goal of the design was to maximize the overall development potential of the site through efficient and effective usage of all areas yet to create a unique, spatial and aesthetic composition.

 

Durability  

The design is considered economic, maintenance and running cost by using suitable finishes materials, constructional and electro-mechanical systems.
