Impact

The design of Dabbas Offices emerged from the client’s vision for a set of solutions that would serve the need for a prestigious and iconic commercial building which will add to the built environment in a location that hasn’t been developed properly yet, as well as to cover the demand for a place where people can shop, dine and entertain in one dynamic and Active place. The project lays in a strategic location in Al Rabia Commercial Area, and with a total land area of 1780m² and total built up area of 8,000m².

Function

Dabbas commercial Building consists of four zones:

  1. Services Zone:

Occupies the underground levels according to the following:

    -Third cellar accommodates employees changing rooms and restrooms, in addition to  mechanical and electrical rooms.

   - Second and first cellars accommodates 70 parking lots.

     B- Hypermarket Zone at the first basement floor.

     C- Retail zone at the ground, first & second floors.

     D- Food Court at the third floor.

 

Durability  

Materials selected for the buildings elements are efficient, durable with good performance , easy maintenance and cleaning.
